Join celebrity trainer and wellness coach, Jenna Willis, for a 10-minute strength and core workout. Training with Jenna are actress Paris Nicole and personal trainer Taylor Ashlynn. Each of the ladies will be performing the exercises at a different level: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Follow along with the one that suits you best 🙂
The workout begins with a quick warm-up to wake up your body and get you ready for the exercises that follow. Willis then takes you through a series of strength-focused exercises that work your upper body – but you’ll definitely feel it all over).
You can use just your body weight or pick up a pair of light dumbbells (2-5 pounds) to intensify the workout.
After this 10-minute strength and core workout, you’ll feel the burn throughout your entire body, but particularly in your core.
This is not meant to be an entire workout, rather, it’s an addition to your existing routine. Do this three times a week along with your regular workout. You will soon notice better balance on the court and more power in your shots!
