The vodka is made with Canadian corn spirit that is distilled five times and filtered three times before blending with hyper-oxygenated water to a slightly devilish 42% ABV (84 proof). It is this increased oxygen that changes the density and viscosity of this water responsible for Dirty Devil Vodka’s softer mouthfeel. Simply stated – more oxygen equals enhanced smoothness.
Dirty Devil Vodka’s “Passion Fruit Mule”
Mules rely on ginger beer and lime for their spicy, fruity flavor profile. But this tweak on a mule, created by Dirty Devil Vodka adds in passion fruit juice for a deliciously tropical cocktail. Just be careful, because they taste so amazing that it’s easy to go over your “limit”.
Mule cocktails are also known to be served in copper mugs, which are said to insulate the drink to keep it cold and refreshing. Garnish your Passion Fruit Mule with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.
DDV Passion Fruit Mule
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dirty Devil Vodka
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- 4 ounces passion fruit juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
Optional Garnish
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 mint sprig
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve over ice.
- Add optional lime wedge and mint sprig garnish.
