To me, thereโs nothing better than a delicious smoothie in the morning. Itโs simply a must. Usually, I just throw whatever I have on hand into the blender, and this past week I happened to create the most delicious smoothie ever โ by accident! I donโt know what else to call it other than the Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie, which is heavy on the cheese factor, but so be it, lol! The ingredients will seem like a hot mess, but theyโll taste like magic on your tongue!
Itโs fruitilicious and nutritious, and has some additional benefits for us ladies during โthat time of the monthโ. Yep. Itโs loaded with 24% of our daily iron requirements, which helps replace what we lose during menstruation. It also has a whopping 37% of our daily potassium requirements, which helps reduce painful cramps and bloating. Seriously, chicasโฆ This smoothie is the best breakfast to have on match daysโฆand youโre on your period ๐
Lastly, you probably already have a blender, but Iโm still gonna recommend the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System. Itโs the one I use, and I love it. I freakinโ love it. Iโve gone through my fair share of crappy blenders that have broken down on me, and I think itโs well worth the money to buy a reliable blender โ especially if you use it every day like me ๐ Not only that, but it also is a food processor, a dough kneader, and can make single-sized smoothies in to-go cups. Now thatโs what Iโm talkinโ about!
FYI โ This smoothie is sweetened with fruit; however, you can add sugar or sweetener to your taste.
NOTE:ย Iโm weird and like mine thick, almost like soft-serve ice cream, and I eat it with a spoon. For a thinner consistency to drink, just add more almond milk or even water.

Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

- 1/3 cup Organic blueberries (frozen)
- 4 Organic strawberries (frozen)
- 1/2 Organic banana (room temp)
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- handful fresh spinach leaves (washed thoroughly)
- 2 tbsp plain sweet potato (cooked leftovers)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Egg White protein powder
- 11/2 tbsp Cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp Organic peanut butter

- Throw everything into your blender and blend until it has a smooth consistency.
