This tennis-specific meditation technique uses 12 touches on the left hand, starting with the ring finger. Tap the thumb in the middle of each of the four fingers in a very specific pattern. You can practice with your eyes opened or closed, set a number of completed pattern repetitions, or set your smart timer for a set amount of time. Feel free to count or take a breath with each spot. This flexibility empowers you to tailor your practice to your needs, putting you in control of your training.
