Have you ever had to leave work in a rush to pick up and or drop off a kid or two and then race across town to a league tennis match, praying that you don’t get a speeding ticket in the process? I have found myself in that particular situation many times!

I recently spoke with my twin sister, who lives in another city and has her League matches during the day. I can only imagine the strain that adds to most of us women/mothers. Seriously… how do they do that 🤔?
Thankfully, we play league matches on nights and weekends in my city, which is best for those of us with hectic schedules. I have to give many Kudos to those league organizers who schedule, listen and field the many questions from all of us crazy tennis chicks.
I dream of retirement, where I can play tennis any day or time of the week. Until then, I will continue to spend my vacations and weekends dedicating my time to this sport I love.
How does your league run match schedules? Have you ever pulled a “Clark Kent” quick change on the way to a league match? Tell us about it in the comments below!
