Last Fall, I made a yummy cheese ball for one of our home league matches. As it turned out, one of the opponents couldnโt eat it because she was allergic to nuts, and it was covered in pecans. Whups! I don’t have nut allergies myself, which is probably why I never gave a thought to others who might. It was a real eye-opener, to say the least! On one hand, I was bummed that someone didn’t get to experience such a delicious cheese ball. On the other, I was stoked that I didn’t accidentally kill anyone. Long story short (I know… too late, lol!) I changed up a few things and created this Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Cheese Ball 2.0, if you will. I swapped the nuts for pretzels and added bacon, because BACON!
You can make this Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Cheese Ball in advance, too, and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (see recipe notes.) This is just one more reason why it’s perfect for league home matches ๐ Serve it up with your favorite crackers (it’s AWESOME with pretzel chips, too!) I guarantee that this Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Cheese Ball is so good there wonโt be any left to take home. And everyone will want the recipe, too, so be sure and tell ’em where you found it ๐ And ladies, if you make this mouthwatering ball of cheesy awesomeness, would you please com back and leave a rating and comment? We really appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to deliver the recipes you really want!
