Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups organic quick oats
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips roughly chopped
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seed ground
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate for one hour
  • Roll into 30 balls. Enjoy!

Notes

These can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for a week, or frozen for up to 1 month.
