Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • cup coconut flakes toasted
  • cup roughly chopped almonds roasted and salted
  • ½ cup organic almond butter
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt fine

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes.
  • Once chilled, roll the mixture into balls of whatever size you would like. (Mine are usually about 1-inch in diameter).

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
  • Total time does not include the chill time.
