Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder (Sunwarrior Vanilla tastes amazing!)
  • 8 Baby carrots (you could use frozen baby carrots, fully thawed)
  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese fat-free
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tsp Raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon ground
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg ground
  • 1/8 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 4-6 Ice cubes (depending on size)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in high powder blender and puree until smooth. Top with Greek yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon or whatever your heart desires. Serve.
