These are not only delicious, but they are loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids that have tremendous health benefits. And you can make them vegan by swapping the white chocolate chips with organic white cacao chips 🙂

Chocolate Macadamia Nut Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic quick oats
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips roughly chopped
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed ground
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate for one hour
- Roll into 30 balls. Enjoy!
